Make Up Sessions

Hi all

This is to the group of "you-know-who-you-are".

There is an opportunity for make-up sessions for what you have owed for this year. Please note that if your attendance did not meet a minmum percentage, you will not be given CCA pts for the year. This includes your achievement points (from representing the school). All these will affect your CCA grade at the end of Sec 4. Do something before it is too late.

Basically I need some students to come back to help with simple task of slotting things and counting items. If you are free, please don't hesitate to leave a comment here so I know who to get.

Training Tee

Hi all, COach Marcus has more or less finalised the design for our training tee. It will be approx $15.

Although it is design primarily for the boys, I hope that both teams will use the same design. It will be black in colour. The words will be different for infielders and outfielders.


Think about it and let me know if this is okay asap.

Service Learning Update

Here's the list of students who need to do make up for CIP Hours:
1. Vernon, Mark, Kirk, Don, Ree Yong - Abs for carnival
2.Edgar, ZHenyang,Randy - Left early. Need extra hours.
3. Sienmun, Venus, MIcah,Farisha,Vanessa,Fatihah,Audrey, Rozainah-Needs extra hours.

Please let me know if you are okay with the make up to clean PE store and do our softball stock check on Monday Morning 8am.

Service Learning

This information is for those who need to make up for some hours for your service learning. I will be doing a stock clean-up and check next Monday morning at 830am.

Already informed Weyhan to get some help from the boys if they are free. Those who need to make up, you are most welcome to join us and clear your hours/sessions.

HoLIDAY SOFTBALL TRAININGS

Hope your results are good and all of you are enjoying the break...=)
But its time to work again...competition is in Janurary and thus we wont let go of the holidays...

Just to remind you, softball training resumes after the O level papers ends and below is the schedule for holiday training.

Attendance is compulsory.Please submit your consent forms to the teacher-IC on the first day of training if you have not done so.

Inter-Class Games

Dear all,



I understand that Interclass games are going on for these few weeks and majority of you are very enthusiastic in wanting to join your class for the competition. This is a good thing that you put in your best efforts for your class but you need to get your priorities right.



The student council, when planning this event has already clearly stated that CCA is the priority. You are suppose to choose a sport that will not clash with CCA day. If your class really need you to be around for that particular sport, you should be responsible enough to talk to coach AND the teacher in charge. No one is to just disappear from CCA and go for your ICG.



Its really disappointing to have to "catch" so many of you at ICG, many whom has been disappearing from trainings citing medical reasons and all. But when it comes to ICG, you are seen in your PE attire, playing your hearts out.



I do not wish my softball players to be like this, I see you as the example for other students. So, please do the right thing at the right time.

Softball Girls - Please Note

All softball girls (S1-S3) please meet ms tng at classroom 1A3 (Blk 1 first classroom nearest the field) at 145pm on Tuesday. Attendance compulsory. Please do not make me go search for you all the time.

New "Toy"

dearest all

with so much talks and talks about it, our new toy is finally coming tml!!
please take VERY VERY GOOD CARE of it...as it is very expensive...and this will definitely improve your batting!!

anyway i think more efforts should be put in to keep our equipment properly..I'm already requesting that PE classes will not use our training equipment and thus the responsiblity is really yours.... you want to have more training stuff...you need to take care of it !

CCA Trainings Resumes

Dear all,

CCA trainings will resume starting next week from Wednesday 1 Jul onwards. All members to report at 3pm sharp. Attendance is compulsory.

Training for next week
Girls: 1 Jul 2009 (Wed), 2 Jul 2009(Thurs) 3pm
Boys: 2 Jul 2009 (Thurs) 3pm

For subsequent trainings, it will be as follows:
Boys: Mondays and Thursday
Girls: Wednesday (TBC) and Thursday
Time: 330pm - 6pm

*If you have travelled overseas to affected countries or feeling unwell after returing from overseas, please do inform the school.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

ALL members please take note that trainings will be CANCELLED for the rest of the week due to the current situation of the H1N1. Please spread the news to all your teammates.

Do take care of yourself and have a good rest.

If you have travelled overseas to affected areas , please stay home for at least 7 days from the day you return to Singapore.
